Delivery and Returns

We offer free delivery via DPD to the vast majority of postcodes in the UK mainland. Some remote postcodes will attract a small surcharge of £5. We will be delighted to remove this surcharge and offer free delivery to remote postcodes where the order value or regular subscription value is £100 or more.

Our food is delivered with the help of DPD and will arrive within 48 hours of placing your order. If you placed your order early in the day, you might even get it the next day!

DPD will send you text updates about your delivery so that you know exactly when to expect it.

Unfortunately at this time our food is only available within England, Scotland and Wales.

All damaged goods can be returned, free of charge, and a replacement or refund will be offered. Please email us to report damages within within 3 days of receipt at service@pawdogfood.com

One-off purchases can be returned within 14 days for a full refund provided that the food is sealed and in the same condition as when it was delivered. You must arrange and pay for return delivery and enclose your name, address and order number in the box.

Your first subscription delivery can be returned within 14 days for a full refund provided that the food is sealed and in the same condition as when it was delivered. You must arrange and pay for return delivery and enclose your name, address and order number in the return box. Subsequent subscription deliveries can only be returned if damaged, please refer to Damages information above.

Any goods returned without an enclosed name, address and order number cannot be replaced or refunded.
